Any ideas, materials, or information you share with us through your Dream Brief will be kept confidential and used only to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations.
What We Offer
MVP Made Easy helps you explore your MVP by providing valuable options and insights tailored to your goals. While we assist in discovering third-party solutions and strategies, we do not build your MVP. We research and select third-party options to prioritize user-friendliness for non-technical individuals. Options and insights may include hand-selected web templates, white-labeled platforms, open source solutions, smart software combinations, and other ideas to get your MVP started.
Validation
MVP Made Easy does not validate ideas. Idea validation is subjective and depends on many factors outside our control. The options and insights we provide are for informational purposes only and should not be considered guarantees of success.
Who We Serve and How We Work Together
Our services are available to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. By using MVP Made Easy, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Making the Most of Your Dream Brief
The Dream Brief is the form you complete to help us understand and align our options and insights with your project goals. A well-detailed Dream Brief allows us to provide options and insights that best match your needs. If we accept your Dream Brief, it means we believe we can deliver meaningful value to your project. However, we reserve the right to decline Dream Briefs if we don’t believe we can offer impactful assistance.
Options and Insights We Provide
The options and insights we provide are based on the information available at the time of research and are meant to guide you toward effective solutions. However, the actual results depend on factors beyond our control, including how the options or insights are implemented. While we strive to provide reliable and accurate resources, we cannot guarantee their suitability, performance, or accuracy. Options and insights are provided in email format, accompanied by professionally laid-out documentation, which may include PDFs and other suitable files.
If you decide to use any options or insights we provide you are responsible for adhering to the licenses and terms of service associated with these third-party resources.
What’s Ours and What’s Yours
The research, options, and insights provided by MVP Made Easy are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. These materials are predicated on third-party resources, and you will often have access to detailed instructions and, in many cases, community support to guide you further. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the insights and options we provide for your personal or business purposes. You may not distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit our materials without written permission.
About Our Experts
We work with a small, informal group of qualified independent practitioners who have experience in creating digital products and services. A single Easy Expert, or the same expert, may handle multiple Dream Briefs as long as they feel qualified to do so.
To provide you with the best options and insights, MVP Made Easy may also consult with other trusted parties. However, we make no warranties about the number of experts involved with MVP Made Easy at any time.
How Payments Work
You can start by filling out a Dream Brief at no cost. Once we’ve reviewed your Dream Brief and are confident we can help, you’ll pay a fee of $499. Payment is processed through PayPal.
Taxes applicable to your purchase are handled by PayPal, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Once we’ve received your payment, we aim to deliver insights and options within approximately one week. However, this timeline may vary based on demand. Time is not of the essence in the fulfillment of our services, which means delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
Refunds
Given the intangible nature of consulting, a refund on a purchase is not granted unless required under relevant consumer protection laws. All other fees are non-refundable.
Other Costs
Beyond our fee, most options we provide typically cost a few hundred dollars, depending on what’s available. Additional expenses are typical and can vary based on the project, including ongoing costs like hosting, maintenance, and licensing fees. We’ll do our best to point out any recurring costs upfront to help you plan effectively.
Savings
When we have them, and when applicable, we may provide promotional codes to use with third-party services. These savings are subject to availability at the time of research. Additionally, we may provide affiliate links to products and services so you can receive a promotional rate on a third-party item—we will let you know when this is the case.
Limitation of Liability
MVP Made Easy provides its website and services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Keeping Things Clean
Dispute Resolution
We hope to resolve any issues or disputes informally, but if needed, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If informal resolution isn’t possible, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or in small claims court in Michigan.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and MVP Made Easy regarding the use of our services.
